RETURN POLICY
Our goal at RARITYHAIRLLC is to give you great quality hair for a great price. We want you to fall in love with our hair and customer service. If we are having a sale then all sales will be final. No exchange and no refund. Shipping fee is nonrefundable. If exchanging due to no fault of RARITYHAIRLLC new shipping fees will apply. Any difference in total and new shipping fees will have to be paid before new package is sent out.
All purchases must be returned in original new, unused, unwashed, unaltered resellable, condition and all tags must be attached for refund. We will also need you to send your original receipt back. We will not refund without original receipt. You will receive an invoice via email and also a receipt located in the purchase package. We will need the receipt inside the packaging before we issue a refund.
We recommend that you send your package via US Postal Insured Priority Mail as we are not responsible for lost packages. We recommend using a tracking method when shipping back orders.

CANCELLATION POLICY
RARITYHAIRLLC will process orders between 1-2 business days. If you decide to cancel your order and it was already shipped out, we will gladly refund your order minus shipping fee with proof of cancellation attempt within 48 hours of ordering. Before issuing a refund we will need to have the order back in our possession. Items must be returned in original new, unused, unwashed, unaltered resellable condition with all tags attached, for refund. You will need to return your original receipt back with your order. CANCELLATION BY RARITYHAIRLLC
RARITYHAIRLLC reserves the right to cancel your order and/or refuse to accept subsequent orders in certain situations if information given by customer is deemed fraudulent.
If purchasing by way of fraudulent activities RARITYHAIRLLC reserves the right to prosecute.
