Once payment is made we begin our shipping process. Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1-4 business days from the time your order is placed. Customers typically receive their hair within 5-10 business days from the time their order ships (depending on geographic location). Orders received before 2pm EST will go into our shipping process immediately. Orders after 2pm will start the shipping process the next business day. Please understand that we only ship Monday- Friday and exclude major holidays and observances. If you place your order on Friday after 2pm we will start your shipping process the following Monday (unless its an observed holiday).

We ship using USPS and FEDEX with confirmation receipts.
After placing your order you will receive a tracking number once your package has shipped. You can use this number to track the shipping progress of your order.
